OPTION Nº 1   

    

                       SEVEN LAKES ROAD ( Full day )

 

We begin our tour of the hotels of Bariloche from 8 AM, then we will head north through the town of Dina Huapi and the bridge over the Limay River, connecting the legendary route 40. Bordering Lake Nahuel Huapi shores and make our first short stop in Villa la Angostura, a town with Mountain architecture and ideal for taking a walk.

After having our stop we will start the most impressive path we can experience. Surrounded by mountains and lakes we will make stops along the way to live the experience in first person. On the Road of the Seven Lakes, we will border the Espejo Lake, the Correntoso, the Villarino and the Falkner, Escondido Lake, the Machónico and the Lácar Lake, to finally arrive at the city of San Martín de los Andes at noon. You will have free time to explore it and have lunch in front of the lake before starting the return along the same path and after making our last stop at Villa la Angostura we will arrive at Bariloche approximately 6.30pm. (Make the tour demand all day and we travel approximately 380 km)

OPTION Nº 2   

    

       VICTORIA ISLAND AND ARRAYANES FOREST ( 6 hours )

 

 

 

Amazing Sailing duringr 30 minutes across the blue waters of Lake Nahuel Huapi, in a modern and comfortable catamaran, you arrive at Puerto Anchorena, located in the central area of Victoria Island. From there you can wander about various marked trails. You can take a guided tour and visit the conifer and other species nursery, natural lookouts and trails surrounded by cathedrals of trees; listen to the sounds of creaking ancient pines, the calls of birds, the coming and going of the winds through the trees, the lapping of water on the shores of the lake, and amazing vistas. One of these trails lead to Playa del Toro, where you can see cave paintings and visit a beautiful volcanic sand beach. On board again the catamaran sails towards Peninsula Quetrihue where you will see the world famous Bosque de Arrayanes (myrtle forest), which is absolutely unique. Trees in these protected areas are up to 650 years old. Its trunk appears twisted and contorted and has a smooth, intense cinnamon-coloured bark, which peels as the tree grows revealing some white spots underneath which make the Arrayanes unique in themselves. It is evergreen, with small, fragrant, oval leaves 2.0 to 2.5 cm long and 1.5 broad, and profuse white flowers in early to midsummer. It is said that film maker Walt Disney have created Bambi after his inspiring visit to the area. Each corner of the island hosts its own unique surroundings and magnificent views, making this experience truly rewarding.

OPTION Nº 3   

    

                                 CERRO TRONADOR

 

Visit Cerro Tronador, the highest peak in the surroundings of Bariloche and the only one which snow and ice cover the ground throughout the year due to the glaciers in its Summit. We leave Bariloche southwards along a scenery route that borders the banks of lakes Gutierrez and Mascardi. When crossing the bridge over the Manso river, you arrive at Pampa Linda , where we have lunch. You will be amazed by waterfalls and cascades, unspoilt wilderness, on a trail that ends at the foot of Mount Tronador , the highest mountain in the National Park, that takes its name from the thundery sound (Tronador – Thundering) of the glacial ice that cracks and thunders. From this point you will see the Ventisquero Negro , the black glacier, named for its striking black color.

                         Circuito Chico and Panoramic Lookout

 

 

A half day tour to admire the surroundings of Bariloche and enjoy the most beautiful views!

A tour full of amazing panoramic views. Driving along the magnificent Nahuel Huapi lake, we reach Cerro Campanario, a hill standing “in the center of the landscape”. Enjoy a chairlift ride up Cerro Campanario, for a view that National Geographic voted one of the "Top 10 Views in the World." We come back down and continue our ride towards Moreno lake and Punto Panoramico (panoramic lookout), from where the premier Llao Llao Hotel and San Eduardo chapel, stand out with its stunning architecture that will transport you to a different time. From here we take back the road towards downtown Bariloche.
